Introduction & Scope

01

Arrow Puzzle is a mobile puzzle game published on the Apple App Store. This Privacy Policy applies only to the Arrow Puzzle iOS app and not to any other website or service.

The app is intended for a general audience. By downloading and playing Arrow Puzzle, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please stop using the app and remove it from your device.

🚫

Information We Do Not Collect

02

The app has no login or authentication system, so no user profile or account is ever created. We do not collect or ask you for:

  • Your name, email address, phone number, or postal address
  • Photos, contacts, microphone, or camera access
  • Precise GPS location
  • Payment card details — any purchase is handled entirely by Apple

The only data involved is the technical and usage data collected automatically by the third-party services described in sections 03–07.

No Name or Email No Camera or Mic No Location No Payment Data

Advertising (Google AdMob via Applytics SDK)

03

Arrow Puzzle is free to play and supported by advertising. Ads are served using the Applytics SDK, which acts as a wrapper around Google Mobile Ads (AdMob). To deliver and measure ads, the advertising SDK may collect:

  • IP address
  • Device identifiers, including the IDFA when you grant tracking permission
  • Coarse location derived from your IP address or device region
  • Ad interaction data such as impressions, views, and clicks
  • General device information such as device model and OS version

This data is processed by Google as an independent advertising provider. Review Google's practices at policies.google.com/technologies/ads.

🔍

App Tracking Transparency (ATT)

04

In line with Apple's requirements, Arrow Puzzle shows the system App Tracking Transparency prompt asking whether you allow the app to track you across other companies' apps and websites.

✓ If you tap Allow

Your IDFA may be used to serve personalized (interest-based) ads and to measure their performance.

✕ If you tap Don't Allow

No IDFA is used and you will see non-personalized ads instead. The game remains fully playable and you lose no features.

You can change your decision at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking on your iPhone or iPad.

📊

Analytics (Firebase Analytics)

05

We use Google Firebase Analytics to understand how players interact with the game so we can improve level design and the overall experience. The data is aggregated and not used to identify you personally. It includes:

  • Anonymous usage data and session lengths
  • Level starts, completion rates, and difficulty progression
  • In-app events such as using a hint or purchasing lives
  • General device information such as OS version, device model, and language
🐛

Crash Reporting (Firebase Crashlytics)

06

Firebase Crashlytics helps us monitor the stability of the app and fix bugs quickly. When the app crashes, Crashlytics records:

  • Crash logs and stack traces
  • The state of the device at the time of the crash (e.g., available memory and OS version)

This information is used strictly for debugging and improving app stability — never for advertising or profiling.

☁️

Cloud Content (Cloud Firestore)

07

The app uses Cloud Firestore to download level configurations and puzzle packs dynamically from the cloud, so new content can be added without requiring an app update.

No personally identifiable information is written to or stored in this database. It functions strictly as a read-only level delivery network — your data never flows back to the cloud from your device through this service.

Read-Only No Personal Data Level Delivery Only
📱

Data Stored on Your Device

08

All of your game progress, coin balance, unlocked levels, and settings are stored locally on your device using Apple's UserDefaults system. This data never leaves your device and is not visible to us.

If your device has iCloud backups enabled, this local data may be included in your own encrypted Apple backup — which is controlled entirely by you and Apple, not by us.

⚖️

Your Rights & Data Deletion

09

Because we do not create accounts or store personal profiles, there is no personal data held by us to export or delete. You remain in control in the following ways:

  • Delete your game data — uninstall the app. All locally stored progress, coins, and settings are removed permanently.
  • Limit ad tracking — turn off tracking in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
  • Manage Google ad settings — adjust your preferences at Google's Ad Settings page.
  • Reset your advertising identifier — disabling tracking prevents apps from accessing the IDFA on your device.

Under GDPR, CCPA, or other applicable laws, requests regarding data processed by Google's SDKs should be directed to Google, or contact us at jigskikani1@gmail.com and we will assist where we can.

🧒

Children's Privacy

10

Arrow Puzzle is designed for a general audience and is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

If you believe a child has provided information through the app, please contact us at jigskikani1@gmail.com and we will take appropriate steps to address it.

🔐

Retention, Security & International Transfers

11

Data collected by Google's advertising, analytics, and crash reporting services is retained according to Google's own retention schedules, typically between 2 and 14 months for analytics events. We do not operate our own servers that store user data.

All communication between the app and these services uses encrypted HTTPS connections. Because these providers operate globally, data may be processed on servers located outside your country, including in the United States, under the safeguards those providers maintain.
